This month’s focus will be on the activation of the Heart chakra.
Each presentation uses ancient master singing bowls or gongs that are attuned to the month’s chakra theme.

The Unsung Hero of the Chakras

The one that gets the least attention
The one who speaks out for our heart
and yet it gets no mention

Our heart’s own voice in word
and yet rarely ever heard
We activate our heart
but from hearing it deterred.
So much conversation around the heart chakra
And we hear so very little about the throat
So this month’s meditation will combine the two but focus on the throat.

With the intention of helping us to see what it feels like (the note of “G”) to be clearly powerfully self-expressed from our heart

The color is deep Blue, the crystal is Sapphire, the note is “G”. The intention is for self-expression.

The centerpiece in our sacred grid is a rare crystal singing bowl made from the alchemy of quartz crystal and Blue Sapphire. This bowl as well as other ancient Tibetan bowls tuned to the note G, will activate our voices in unison to chant with the monks, sing with the whales, and OM with Mother earth in this unique ensemble of voice alchemy.

Bring your pillows, blankeys, and yoga mats and snuggle into the comfort of the tranquil sounds. Feel free to sit, lay, or even stand!
